BerksWorks is an online database service operated by Symplicity Corporation for the purpose of facilitating internships for college students and career exploration experiences for high school students.

We invite college professors and career guidance officers to utilize the free service to identify internship opportunities for students. In addition, the employer database serves as a helpful source of information about local and regional businesses.

High school teachers and counselors are encouraged to use BerksWorks as a resource when planning career days, job-shadowing experiences, or other activities related to career exploration or learning about the Berks County business scene.
